Recently, learners from our Engagement for Life Pathway embarked on an extraordinary journey to a local butterfly farm, offering a unique and enriching experience tailored specifically for children with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) and Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD). As our learners entered this enchanting realm, their senses were immediately awakened by the sight of countless butterflies dancing gracefully around them. For many of our learners, this was a truly magical encounter, igniting curiosity and wonder!

Through sensory exploration and educational engagement our learners were immersed in and discovered the beauty of the natural world.  As educators, it is our privilege to provide inclusive experiences that empower every child to thrive, and the butterfly farm excursion exemplified this commitment in action. We look forward to continuing our journey of exploration and discovery, guided by the belief that every child deserves the opportunity to spread their wings and soar.
